All shipping rates are calculated automatically by Canada Post at checkout.

Shipping costs are established according to the destination country and the weight of the package. The costs will be indicated once in the cart, just before confirming the order.

Orders are shipped within 2 to 3 business days of receipt. Delivery times for Quebec and Ontario are 2 to 3 days after shipping.

For the other provinces, delivery times vary between 4 and 10 days.

International delivery: Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country. It takes between 4 and 10 working days.

***Please note that delivery times may be longer depending on the busy period 
(e.g. Christmas, Boxing Day, Black Friday, Black Monday, etc.).

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is shipped. If you have not received an email within 3 days of placing your order, please check your junk mail or contact us.

All returns must be made within 10 days of purchase. All items included in the box must be intact and must not have been worn, washed, damaged or altered. You are solely responsible for the shipping charges for the returned product. All products that are not returned in accordance with the return procedures will be returned to you, and no credit or refund will be issued.

We reserve the right to refuse this service to anyone.

If the box arrives damaged, take a picture of it upon receipt as proof for the claim. Baa Bee will issue a refund provided that the items included in the box have not been worn or washed.

We will issue a refund/exchange within 2-3 business days of receiving the damaged box and its contents. All refunds will be made in the original method of payment, please note that the original shipping charges are not refundable.

If you are not satisfied with the quality of our product, you may submit a return request within 10 days of purchasing the product.

A gift box may be accepted for return, provided it is undamaged and in its original packaging. All refunds will be made in the original form of payment. However, original shipping charges are not refundable.

Cleaning:

• Wash clothes inside out in cold water on the gentle cycle.
• Wash the toys before the first use with a mild soap.
• The comforting little sheep should be hand washed in cold water with a mild soap.

Drying:

• Avoid the dryer, air dry or flat dry.
